Thu, Nov 30: Andrew Lynch found out recently he owed the Canada Revenue Agency $4,000 and made a deal to pay it back over a couple of months. Then Lynch found out the tax department had frozen his bank account and taken his entire payroll amount, reneging on the deal. As Sean O’Shea reports, the CRA unlocked the account as Global News broadcast his story.
