Fri, Nov 24: Nelisa Damota, 39, was struck and killed while crossing Bloor Street West near Dovercourt Road on May 31, 2015. Deriba Wakene, 56, had been charged with one count of failing to stop at the scene of an accident causing death, but was acquitted Friday. Catherine McDonald has more.
