New Zealand country singer songwriter Donna Dean is in Winnipeg for the 2017 Winnipeg Aboriginal Film Festival. Her story of overcoming addiction and domestic violence is told in the documentary ‘The Song of Her Guitar’ that’s opening this year’s festival. She joined Global News Morning ahead of the film’s international debut.
