Tue, Nov 21: The ministry has started to enforce a section of the 2014 Child Care and Early Years act that limits after-school recreational care for school-aged kids to a maximum of 3 days a week in any given program, with a pickup time of 5:30 instead of 6 p.m. Minna Rhee has more.
