Kelowna medical marijuana dispensaries being sued by the city

If the City of Kelowna is successful before a judge, there will soon be a lot fewer medical marijuana dispensaries in Kelowna. The city has launched legal action against five of the eight businesses. It’s seeking court orders to shut them down. The dispensaries are accused of violating city bylaws. But at least one of them vows to fight back in court for the benefit of its patients.
