Wed, Nov 8: Impaired driving remains a major problem on our roads. Four Canadians are killed every day in crashes involving drugs and/or alcohol, according to MADD Canada. Yet, as Global News found out, Toronto Police are issuing fewer 90-day suspensions to drunk drivers than ever before. Caryn Lieberman went in search of answers.
