Alberta mom has questions about water bill totaling more than $2,600

A single mother from Fort Saskatchewan, Alta. has been left with a massive water bill after she was told her toilet was leaking. But as Quinn Ohler reports, she can’t imagine what kind of leak would see her bill rise to $2,600 without her noticing.
