N.Y. governor says Trump tax plan using state as ‘piggy bank’

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo blasted U.S. President Donald Trumpès tax reform plan, saying the plan will see the state “used as a piggy bank,” and a vote for the plan by a N.Y. congressperson is a “modern form of treason.”
