The winter-like conditions aren’t just posing problems on local roads and highways, air travel is also being impacted. Many flights in and out of the Okanagan’s largest airport have either been delayed or cancelled because of the weather. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the back-log of stranded passengers has left airlines playing catch-up.
