Supreme Court approves ski resort on Indigenous land

A legal ruling from Canada’s highest court paves the way for the development of a year-round ski resort in British Columbia. The Supreme Court ruled the Ktunaxa Nation’s religious freedoms were not violated because of the location of the project. Reid Fiest reports.
