Thu, Nov 2: An urban plaza project that’s been ’20 years in the making’ is near completion. The Argyle and Grafton shared streetscape project has been underway for the past 21 weeks and while small businesses see the long-term value of the urban plaza, they say the construction phase has come with financial headaches.
