A Manitoba nurse said she’s out of a job after what she calls broken promises from the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and the Province of Manitoba. On October 20, 40 nurses were laid off from Victoria Hospital as a part of the restructuring of the Manitoba Health Care system and the conversion of Victoria Hospital in to an Urgent Care Centre.
