Coquitlam Mayor Richard Stewart is calling on the province to expand mental health and addiction services at the largely-shuttered Riverview Hospital. Stewart made the emotional plea in a video posted to Facebook, after attending the funeral of a 24-year-old man who lost his life to addiction.
