So said the prosecutor Monday as he argued for a guilty verdict during final submissions at a Kelowna murder trial. There’s no question who the killer is. Daniel Garth Ruff admits to the slaying of Warren Welters. The jury has to determine if it is second-degree murder or self-defence. It also has to determine if alcohol intoxication played a mitigating role.
