Police forces around the world are calling distracted driving the “new drunk driving.” Distracted drivers now kill more people than impaired drivers. But police and governments have struggled to stop the troubling trend. Now, the British government is taking a bold step it hopes will help reduce the number of distracted drivers and save lives.
