Vernon sees spike in homeless

The amount of people living on the streets of Vernon is on the rise. A homeless count this week found 153 homeless people in the city, 44 of them sleeping outside. Watch the full news conference as Kelly Fehr with the John Howard Society and Annette Sharkey with the Social Planning Council discuss the numbers, possible solutions and respond to public concerns about the homeless population.
