A water dispute in Kelowna is being investigated by the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resources. The owner of the Michaelbrook Golf Course says his neighbor has diverted a creek he relies on for irrigation water. The neighbor says it’s not a creek, but a ditch, that collects water, and he can do with it what he wants.
The ministry confirms the matter is under investigation.
