Rocky road to Westmount becomes election issue

The drive to Westmount from downtown Montreal is a rocky one with bumps, cracks and uneven pavement. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, one mayoral candidate calls it an embarrassment since Westmount is the most affluent city on the island.
