Kelowna jury hears fatal blows likely inflicted by a hammer

A murder trial at the Kelowna law courts is now into its second week. The jury is tasked with determining, beyond a reasonable doubt, if Daniel Garth Ruff bludgeoned his room-mate to death in the summer of 2015. In testimony Tuesday, the jury heard a typical household hammer is the suspected murder weapon.
