Over the past few years the city of West Kelowna appeared to be embracing marijuana sales — some store-front distributors even had valid business licenses issued by the city.
But the cannabis culture in West Kelowna is changing and on Tuesday council decided to revoke two business licences. Kelly Hayes has the decision, and the reaction.
