Longueuil artist restores artwork to give back to flood victims

A Longueuil artist whose life work was lost after her basement flooded following a watermain break is moving forward by helping others. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, Louise Rouleau has restored one of her paintings and is donating it to the Red Cross to raise money for flood victims.
