Mattis says U.S. Army ‘must stand ready’ on North Korea, even as diplomatic efforts ongoing

U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said that even though diplomatically-led efforts are being led to deal with North Korea, the U.S. military needs to “stand ready”.
