8 rain gardens will be installed this fall in Peterborough to reduce flooding. The gardens will help control runoff and soak up rain water. Lindsay Biscaia took a tour of some completed gardens this morning with GreenUP’s Water Programs Coordinator, Jenn McCallum. The last garden is being installed this week outside of BE Catering. Manager, Simon Terry, says he approached GreenUP to get a garden outside of his business.
