Baie-D’Urfé detours cause confusion and frustration

Roadwork has begun on the Morgan Boulevard exit, just off Highway 40 in Baie-D’Urfé, making accessing the highway difficult. As Billy Shields reports, the numerous detours set up to mitigate the closure, are only causing more confusion and frustration.
