President Trump Spoke to reporters outside the White House Wednesday as he prepared to depart for Indiana to deliver a speech on tax reform. President Trump took time to respond to reporter’s questions about Puerto Rico and the Jones Act, an act made in the 1920’s as a way to promote US shipping. The act is however, making it especially hard to deliver aid from the US to Puerto Rico in this time of crisis following Hurricane Maria.
