Youth housing plagued by delays in Beaconsfield

New buildings that were supposed to open in Beaconsfield to house troubled teens have stood empty for over a year. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, Batshaw Youth and Family Centres says they likely won’t open until fall 2018 because of an apparent lack of funding.
