Kelowna crime victim frustrated at police inaction despite compelling evidence

It appeared to be an easy case for the Kelowna cops to crack with incriminating evidence delivered up on a silver platter. Thieves stole his car. The possible suspects were later caught on camera allegedly perpetrating credit card fraud. But the crime victim is frustrated. It seems the case is not serious enough for police to take it seriously.
