It’s been a historic hurricane season. With much of the Caribbean still battered and bruised from Hurricane Irma, they’re now bracing for Maria, which Puerto Rico’s public safety commissioner says is expected to be so bad he’s telling people to “evacuate, otherwise you’re going to die.” Mike Drolet reports.
