Accused man tells Kelowna judge his previous guilt admissions were false confessions

He confessed to his alleged crimes at least 20 times. Now under oath from the witness stand, the accused man claims those admissions were not true. Donald Maxwell Brodie is on trial for several offenses stemming from a high-speed police pursuit in Kelowna that ended with a passerby permanently injured. Brodie claims his false confessions were meant to get a friend out of jail.
