There is now an assessment of just how much damage Hurricane Irma did to Florida. It’s estimated property damage could reach $83-billion and among those counting the costs are about half a million Canadians who have homes in the state. Not all have been able to go back, so our Mike Armstrong gives them a first look at what’s left.
