Peterborough native Michelle McLeod fresh from the red carpet at TIFF, on chasing dreams of acting.

She is “Irene” in “Dont Talk To Irene” , a movie premiering in Toronto and dubbed a Toronto International Film Festival “Selection” : that means the red carpet and lots of extra attention. Now living in Toronto, McLeod stops for a visit in her hometown of Peterborough and speaks about chasing your dreams and taking on the role of “Irene”, pitched for an outcast who’s not “typical cheerleader” material.
