Jason Stockley, a former St. Louis Police Officer, has been found not guilty of first-degree murder n the death of Anthony Smith, who was shot and killed following a police chase in 2011. The verdict has already caused a crowd of angry protesters to gather at Market and Tucker Streets in downtown St. Louis.
