Thu, Sep 14: Police services across the country asked the federal government to put the brakes on legalizing pot, saying they won’t be ready to deal with it by next summer. Colorado became one of the first states to legalize recreational pot five years ago. Greenwood Valley police Chief John Jackson was at the table for talks on Amendment 64 and offers his thoughts on what has gone right and what hasn’t, and how Canadian officials should be preparing.
