It’s been almost 20 years since Florence Harrison and Therese Melanson were found shot to death inside a sixth floor stairwell of a community housing building in Toronto. As Erica Vella reports, Harrison’s sister is asking anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the two women’s killer to contact police.
