Ottawa won’t be ‘heavy-handed’ in Muskrat Falls hydro project dispute

Justin Trudeau says the Ottawa will be a “supportive partner” in the Muskrat Falls hydro project in Labrador, which will bring power to Newfoundland and Nova Scotia, but added they won’t be “heavy handed” in dispute between Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador.
