A fast-moving wildfire ravaging southern Alberta’s Waterton National Park prompted mandatory evacuation notices for several communities on Monday, September 11. Footage shot Monday morning shows a layer of smoke hanging over the the park. By the afternoon, smoke and flames from the 11,000-hectare Kenow Fire were turning the sky an ominous orange. According to the uploader, this video was shot around 10.30 am between Twin Butte and the gate to the park.
