Tampa Bay residents dealing with largest storm in a century

Hurricane Irma is weakening slightly, now a category 1 with sustained winds of 85-miles per hour as it bears down on the Tampa area. The storm is so wide though, the entire state of Florida is feeling its impact. Don Champion is in Tampa where residents are dealing with their first major storm in nearly 100 years.
