Hurricane Irma storm surges that could reach 15 feet high are expected to threaten Florida cities

Global News Chief Meteorologist Anthony Farnell is in Tampa where 5-8 foot storm surges are expected to push into the city while some other cities could see surges as high as 15 feet.
