Hurricane Harvey continued to intensify overnight on August 25 as it moved from the Gulf of Mexico toward the southern coast of the US. Video footage released by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration shows conditions in the air as the storm passed over the Gulf of Mexico on August 24.
