Harvey is now a Category 2 Hurricane and is expected to be a Category 3 storm when it hits the Texas Gulf Coast with winds predicted to be greater than 111 miles per hour and rainfall close to three feet in some areas – it looks to be the most powerful storm to make landfall in the United States since 2005.
