Plan to end homelessness to go before Regina city council

Thu, Aug 24: Once the site of the old Mosaic stadium is leveled by the end of the year work will begin on the new Taylor Field neighbourhood. It will be a mixed-use community and include affordable housing.
That housing could become a key factor in helping solve Regina’s homelessness problem. Our David Baxter has more on a proposal city council will consider Monday that speaks to the belief everyone should have a place to call home.
