Montreal orders dog owners to remove pit bulls

Some Montreal dog owners who filed documents with the city to have their pit bull-type dogs registered received letters stating that their records are incomplete. Now, the dogs may not be able to stay on the island. Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports.
