Family rescued after boat capsizes in Howe Sound

A family of three is recovering from a harrowing ordeal. They had done out crabbing in Howe Sound, only to end up in the water when their boat capsized. But it was the dad’s attempt to get help that made an urgent situation even more dire. Ted Chernecki has the story.
