1 Canadian killed, 4 injured in Barcelona Attack

A Canadian is among the 14 victims of the deadly terrorist attack in Barcelona. Police say a much bigger attack, possibly more than one, had been planned. Investigators say the suspects intended to load explosives into a big truck but couldn’t rent one. Meanwhile, makeshift memorials are growing along Las Ramblas.
