It’s been two weeks since a woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Marion Street, and still Winnipeg police are searching for a suspect.
The incident is one of four separate hit and runs in Winnipeg this year alone, killing two people, and seriously injuring two others. Global’s Shelden Rogers reports.
