Researchers say thyroid cancers overdiagnosed in Canada for 3 out of 4 patients

It’s estimated that 7,100 Canadians will be diagnosed with thyroid cancer this year. But new research says that close to 75 per cent of those diagnosed may not have thyroid cancer at all. Allison Vuchnich looks into why so many Canadians are being misdiagnosed.
