Guam’s government on Tuesday said they are “happy” to see North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has held off on plans to fire missiles towards the U.S. Pacific territory. Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio told media at a news briefing in the island’s capital of Hagatna that he does not see any imminent threat, and call the pause “a sigh of relief”.
