Drowning deaths declining in every Canadian province except one

Sat, Aug 12: According to a report by Lifesaving Society Canada, hundreds of Canadians are still dying in preventable water related deaths every year. Although overall, the numbers across Canada have been declining in recent years except in one province. Heather Yourex-West reports.
