Thu, Aug 10: The Regina Bypass Project reached another major milestone today. The White City Overpass was unveiled, and it’s the second bridge now complete as part of the near 1.9 billion dollar project. As Marney Blunt reports, the overpass, if anything, is about improving safety on a stretch of roadway where loss and grief can be just a car length away.
