Wed, Aug 9: The City of Moose Jaw is phasing out alley garbage pickup, and phasing in curbside pickup, a change that not all residents are on board with. A ratepayers group held a meeting last night to get more information from councillors on the changes. And as Marney Blunt tells us, some want the new system thrown in the garbage.
